This route is accessible to all, mainly on white paths with a few tarmac sections. Only a few hundred metres before and after Roche Champion is a single trail. It presents no technical difficulties, apart from a very short descent requiring a minimum of caution.
The highest point of the tour is the Roche Champion lookout at the halfway point. It offers a breathtaking view of the Risoud Franco-Swiss forest, the Combe des Cives, the village of Chapelle-des-Bois and the Lacs des Mortes and Bellefontaine.
Most of the route is on roads and paths closed to motorised traffic, so you can be sure of peace and quiet!
