Cheese dairy
In Solliat, the Fromagerie des Landes is a family business specialising in the production of Gruyère AOP. It also produces its own fondue, raclette, serac, double cream and yoghurt.
The Fromagerie des Landes contributes to the livelihood of 15 families of milk producers in the region.
Good to know: The cheese dairy team has two 24-hour vending machines in the Vallée de Joux. One is located in front of the cheese dairy and the other on the ski lift square in L'Abbaye.
